Bill and ValJean received a Mustang Club of America Red Grille Medallion Award – #264 – for their 1968 Mustang Coupe. The award was received at the Mustangs in the Prairieland MCA National Show in Springfield, Illinois on the weekend of May 23-25, 2014. The August 2014 issue of Mustang Times shows a picture of them receiving their award from Jim Silverman on page 24.
To the best of our knowledge, no other active member of the Greater Pittsburgh Mustang Club has received a Grille Medallion Award.
PS – If you would like to get an MCA Grille Medallion award for your Mustang, just start entering it in the MCA National or Grand National Shows. Once you acquire 20 points you will be eligible for an award. Remember, the MCA Grand National Show will be in Columbus next Labor Day weekend.
