It was a perfect day for a drive along the back roads to return to the Wooden Door Winery. Eleven cars in the procession drove along country roads that took us by beautiful farmland, streams and lakes. The leaves were just starting to turn, and it was warm enough that those with convertibles put the tops down. At the midpoint of the drive, we stopped at Northmoreland Park to stretch our legs. At the winery, there were 27 members enjoying the beautiful scenery, lively conversation, and the food and beverage offerings.
