Can-Am was hosted this year by the Niagara Classic Mustang Club in Welland, Ontario, Canada. Can-Am’s roots go back to 1994, when members from the Lake Erie Mustang Owners Club (Erie, PA) and the Niagara Classic Mustang Club (Welland, ON) decided it would be fun to stage a weekend-long rally to share their Mustang interests. The idea took hold and became an annual tradition for all participating clubs. The Greater Pittsburgh Mustang Club (GPMC) became a guest club in the late ‘90’s, and we took our first turn hosting the event in 2001. Can-Am is hosted by a rotating cast of four Mustang Clubs, as Mahoning Valley Mustang Club of Youngstown, OH, after many years of guest appearances, became a host club in 2010.
