From NCMC President Barry Andersen: “With the International Pan-Am Games coming to our area and the World Rowing championships, getting accommodations has been much more difficult and weekend choices eliminated.” The schedule of activities for the weekend will be added once it is finalized, but for now the host hotel has been chosen.

This price includes:
Minimum of 2 nights stay for group rate
Standard suite basic room type – one Queen – sleeps two guests

Optional upgrades: two Queen beds or 1 King bed – $ 139.99.night (Cdn) – sleeps two guests; One Night Stay – rate is $153.89/night (Cdn) – standard suite with one Queen bed

A wall and door seperate the living room from the bedroom
Living room has a sofa which pulls out into a double size bed
Kitchenette equipped with coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, range top stove, cutlery & place setting for 4

All suites had kitchenettes and bathrooms renovated in 2014; new landscaping and parking lot in 2014; all interior areas are non-smoking and pets not allowed

Amenities include: wireless internet and newspapers; hot buffet breakfast from 6am to 10am daily

Prices include:
Room rates are for two adults and two children under the age of 16
Additional guests over 16 are $ 10 per night
Cots available (with reservation and availability) for a cost of $9 a night
Price of room in Canadian funds does not include 13% sales tax

Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival for full refund – later cancellation will result in a one night charge

3/25/2015 update from Niagara Classic Mustang Club for those who have not booked hotel rooms yet: Best Western – 4 additional Queen rooms at group rate for Friday night only – you would have to move to a King on Saturday night for $ 139.00. The hotel will take names for a waiting list if more rooms become available but no guarantee.

NCMC has also blocked rooms at the Niagara College Residences. These rooms are “basic accommodation” used by the students during the school term but cleaned and freshened as needed and made available to transient guests in the summer. Each room has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with microwave and full size fridge, daily cleaning. Not the Best Western but acceptable with free continental breakfast and on site parking. We are getting the block room rate of $ 79.95/night (Canadian).
